The First Trust Indxx® NextG UCITS ETF (“NXTG”) gives investors cost-effective exposure to this potential, in a single portfolio. Through investments in companies that have dedicated, or committed to dedicate, material resources to the research, development and application of 5G and emerging next generation technologies.

The fund is based on the Indxx 5G & NextG Thematic Index®. The index is a modified market capitalisation-weighted index, focused on companies committing material resources to the research, development and application of 5G and next generation digital cellular technologies. Companies included are comprised from two sub-themes; 5G infrastructure and hardware;  and telecommunication service providers. The fund provides diversified geographical exposure to fast-growing companies in a number of different industries from countries including China, US, Japan, India, and South Korea.
